Water Health & Safety
Our IoT water temperature monitor is being successfully incorporated into healthy water system management by our partners in the FM and water safety/hygiene industry across numerous sectors including nursing and care homes, hospitals, offices, schools, universities, social housing and health and community centres.
Providing 24/7 remote water temperature and flow monitoring of outflows and storage vessels in real time, our IoT device is designed with a fit and forget style approach, with alerts being raised on high-risk temperatures that could encourage growth of the legionella bacteria, enabling quick action to be taken.
Incorporating our product into their solutions provides those in charge of premises with a practical, time, cost and energy saving alternative to the ACOP L8 and HSG274 compliance requirement to undertake monthly manual inspection visits.
The device is available as hardware only or as a complete water management solution.

Water Leakage
Meeting the challenge to conserve our valuable water resource by reducing water leakage in networks, our IoT devices for monitoring water pressure and water flow are being implemented into sustainable water management solutions by water utility companies.
By monitoring pressure in the networks in real time reporting requirements imposed by the regulator can be met and leaks can be quickly detected resulting in proactive and timely repairs.
